Ушбу нормада инсонпарварлик тамойили акс этганлигини кузатамиз. Инсонпарварлик тамойили бош қонун асосида яратилган ва яратилаётган барча қонунларимизда марказий ўринни эгаллайди.
Бунинг учун “Тарбиячининг ўзи тарбияланган бўлмоғи”, даставвал суд ва ҳуқуқни муҳофаза қилувчи идора ходимининг ўзи қонунга итоат этмоғи, бошқа фуқаролар учун намуна бўлмоғи лозим. Юристнинг касб этикаси бўлажак ҳуқуқшуносга касбий фаолиятда умумий ва касбий ахлоқий нормалари, тамойиллари, ўзига хос тарихан жамланган қонун-қоидалари ва талабларига риоя қилишнига ўргатади.
