751 539 та имконияти чекланган оилалар хонадонларининг 28,8 минг гектар ер майдонига картошка, полиз ва сабзавот экинларини экишда ҳамда 15,3 мингта хонадонда жами 651,4 гектар майдонда иссиқхона қуриш ва қишлоқ хўжалиги маҳсулотларини етиштиришда амалий ёрдам кўрсатилди. Давлат дастури асосида 10 641 нафар фуқарога жами 5 847,9 гектар қишлоқ хўжалиги оборотидан чиқиб кетган ерлар қишлоқ хўжаликлари маҳсулотларини етиштириш учун тақсимлаб берилди ҳамда 198 та қишлоқ хўжалиги кооперацияларига бириктирилди.

Енгил конструкцияли иссиқхоналар ўрнатиш учун 2 548 та хонадонга 16,4 миллиард сўм субсидия; суғориш воситаларини харид қилиш учун 379 та хонадонга 1,6 миллиард сўм, уруғликлар ва кўчатлар сотиб олиш учун 162 та хонадонга 222,2 миллион сўм миқдорда кредит ажратишда кўмаклашилди.
Сув таъминоти оғир бўлган шаҳар ва туманлар 104 та туман ва шаҳалардардаги 956 та маҳалла фуқаролар йиғинларда 1 215 та вертикал суғориш қудуқлари қазиб берилди. Фуқаролар йиғинлари ҳудудларида 6,6 млн. дона мевали ва 5,4 млн. дона манзарали дарахт кўчатлари экилди ва маҳалла ҳудудларида жами 7,6 минг гектар майдонда кичик боғлар яратилди.
