Eʼtiboli jihatlardan biri esa aynan Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasi 26-moddasining ikkinchi qismini oʼqiymiz. “Hech kim qiynoqqa solinishi, zoʼravonlikka shafqatsiz yoki inson qadr-qimmatini kamsituvchi boshqa tarzdagi tazyiqqa duchor etilishi mumkin emas” degan normani koʼrishimiz mumkin. Bundan tashqari, “Inson huquqlari umumjahon deklaratsiyasi”ning 9-moddasi, “Hech kim asossiz qamalishi, ushlanishi yoki quvgʼin qilinishi mumkin emasligi koʼrsatib oʼtilgan. Aynan ushbu qoida Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasining 25-moddasida oʼz aksini topganligini koʼrishimiz mumkin. Unda “Har kim erkinlik va shaxsiy daxlsizlik huquqiga ega.
Hech kim qonunga asoslanmagan holda hibsga olinishi yoki qamoqda saqlanishi mumkin emas”deb belgilangan. Yuqoridagilardan koʼrinib turibdiki mamlakatimiz Konstitutsiyasi fuqarolarning huquq va erkinliklari borasida “Inson huquqlari umumjahon deklaratsiyasi”ning asosiy gʼoyalari va qoidalarini oʼzida toʼliq aks ettirgan. Xulosa oʼrnida aytganda, Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasining II bobi, 13-moddasida “Oʼzbekiston Respublikasida demokratiya umuminsoniy printsiplarga asoslanadi, ularga koʼra inson, uning hayoti, erkinligi, shaʼni, qadr-qimmati va boshqa daxlsiz huquqlari oliy qadriyat hisoblanadi va fuqarolarning huquq va erkinliklari Konstitutsiya va Qonunlar bilan himoya qilinadi, Oʼzbekiston demokratik davlat deganimizda, chinakam maʼnoda koʼz oldimizda bunda inson huquq va erkinliklarining toʼla kafolatlanganligining guvohi boʼlamiz.
