Ҳуқуқий тарбия боланинг кичик ёшдан амалга ошира бошлайдиган, ҳуқуқий ахборотларни биринчи даражали тус олишига эришиш, шахснинг умумий дунёқараши ва ижтимоий йўналтирилганлигининг таркибий қисми сифатидаги ҳуқуқий қарашлари ва дастурлари асосларига замин яратиш айниқса муҳимдир. Ёш инсон келгусида унга қаратилган ҳуқуқий ва ижтимоий ахборотларни ана шундай дастурлар нуқтаи назаридан келиб чиқиб қабул қиладиган ва тафаккуридан ўтказаиган, ўзининг ва бошқаларнинг ҳаракатларига баҳо берадиган, фаолиятини режалаштирадиган ва олдига аниқ мақсадларни қўйиш билан бир вақтда уларга эришиш воситаларини ҳам белгилайдиган бўлади. Агар ҳуқуқий тарбия кечиктириладиган бўлса унда нафақат тегишли эътиқодлар, дастурларини шакллантиришга, шу билан бирга ўз-ўзидан қарор топиб улгурган салбий тусдаги эътиқодларни барҳам топтиришга ҳам тўғри келади.
Шуни эсдан чиқармаслик керакки, одамлар янги ахборотни онги ва эътиқоди нуқтаи назаридан келиб чиқиб қабул қилишади. Шу жиҳатдан олганда ҳозирги кунда ёшлар қандай жиноят содир этаётганлигини фарқига боришмайди.
Хулоса ўрнида таъкидлаш керакки, яқин ўтмишда, яъни ўтган йиллар мобайнида ҳуқуқий тарбияга ҳақиқатга сазовор бўлиш керак бўлганидек ҳозирги кундагидек эътибор қаратилмас эди. Албатта шуни айтиш керакки, ёшларнинг қарашлари, одатлари кўпроқ оиладаги ахлоқий муҳит билан тарбияланади. Тадқиқотлар шуни кўрсатадики, вояга етмаганлар орасидаги ҳуқуқбузарлик соҳасида вазиятнинг яхши эмаслиги кўп жиҳатдан уларнинг бўш вақти ва дам олиши ёмон ташкил этилганлиги, тарбияси қийин ўсмирлар билан ишлаш яхши йўлга қўйилмаганлиги, баъзи оилаларда тегишли тарбиянинг йўқлиги билан изоҳланади. Вояга етмаганлар орасидаги ҳуқуқбузарликларнинг ярмидан кўпроғи ота-онасидан бирортаси йўқ бўлган оилаларда яшаётган ўсмирлар содир этмоқда. Бундай оилалар албатта жамоатчиликнинг алоҳида эътиборига муҳтож ҳисобланади. Шу сабабли ҳуқуқий тарғиботнинг оммавий шакллари билан бир қаторда маҳаллада, айниқса вазият оғир оилаларда якка тартибда ҳуқуқий тарғибот ва ташвиқот ишларини олиб бориш муҳим аҳамиятга эгадир.
